Prince Coco Chen Entian met with Sommad Pholsena, Vice President of the National Assembly of the Lao PDR
印太之光消息，老挝当地时间2023年7月9日下午，世界和平丝带组织（世界和平与统一阵线）第一届至第八届委员会亲善大使，被国际社会尊称为可可亲王的陈恩田先生，代表世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（南合组织）在首都万象会晤了老挝人民民主共和国国会副主席、老挝和平与团结委员会主席宋玛·奔舍那，就南方丝绸之路沿线国家基础设施建设、光伏新能源开发利用等话题进行探讨。
The Light of Indo-Pacific News - On the afternoon of July 9, 2023, Laos local time, Mr. Chen Entian, Goodwill Ambassador of the 1st to 8th Committees of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and United Front), who is honored by the international community as Prince Coco, on behalf of the World Peace Ribbon Organization's International Cooperation Committee on the Southern Silk Road (SCO), met with Sommad Pholsena, Vice President of the National Assembly of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and Chairman of the Lao Committee for Peace and Solidarity, to discuss topics such as infrastructure construction and the development and utilization of new photovoltaic energy in the countries along the Southern Silk Road.

宋玛·奔舍那主席是老挝革命前辈、杰出的政治家、外交家贵宁·奔舍那的第三子，上世纪六十年代，他与兄弟姐妹曾在中国北京读书，与中国现任领袖人士结下同窗之谊。宋玛曾任老挝自然资源与环境部部长，他多次访问中国，积极推动两国生态环境、水利气象等方面的合作。可可亲王陈恩田曾经担任国际战略研究所所长，军赋书画院副院长兼秘书长，军赋科技研究院院长等职。十多年前，中国官媒披露其祖父陈光美、祖姑母陈子美系中共创始人陈独秀与高君曼所生子女。由于陈恩田是世界和平丝带组织的首席亲善大使，也是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）的倡议人和推动者，国际社会尊称其为可可亲王。
Chairman Sommad Pholsena is the third son of Guinness Pholsena, an outstanding politician and diplomat, who is a predecessor of the Lao revolution. In the 1960s, he and his siblings studied in Beijing, China, and formed a friendship with the current Chinese leaders. A former Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Laos, Sommad has visited China many times and actively promoted cooperation between the two countries in the areas of ecology, environment, water conservancy and meteorology. Chen Entian, Prince Coco, used to serve as the director of the Institute of International Strategic Studies, vice president and secretary general of the JunFu Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and director of the JunFu Science and Technology Research Institute. More than a decade ago, Chinese official media revealed that his grandfather, Chen Guangmei, and his grand-aunt, Chen Zimei, were the children of Chinese Communist Party founder Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. As Chen Entian is the Chief Goodwill Ambassador of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, and the initiator and promoter of the International Chinese Language Day (April 20), the International Tea Day (May 21), and the Belt and Road International Day (December 16), the international community honors him as Prince Coco.
宋玛·奔舍那主席对可可亲王陈恩田的来访表示欢迎，他特意提到了革命先辈陈独秀为创建中国共产党所作的奠基贡献，以及陈独秀之子陈延年、陈乔年两位烈士为了中国共产党的伟大事业，不惜牺牲自己年轻的生命，树立了前赴后继的革命榜样。可可亲王陈恩田对宋玛·奔舍那主席在百忙之中抽出宝贵时间会面表示感谢，他强调自己对宋玛·奔舍那主席家族早有关注，多年前，中国领袖人士访问老挝时，特意会见了宋玛·奔舍那主席家族，宋玛·奔舍那主席代表家族发言，给我们留下了深刻的印象。
Chairman Sommad Pholsena welcomed Prince Coco Chen Entian, and made special mention of the foundational contribution of the revolutionary forefather Chen Duxiu to the founding of the CPC, and the two martyrs Chen Yannian and Chen Qiaonian, sons of Chen Duxiu, who sacrificed their young lives for the great cause of the CPC and set an example of the revolution of going forward to succeed one another. Prince Coco Chan Entian expressed his gratitude to Chairman Sommad Pholsena for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet with him, emphasizing that he has long been concerned about Chairman Sommad Pholsena's family, and that many years ago when Chinese leaders visited Laos, they specially met with Chairman Sommad Pholsena's family, and Chairman Sommad Pholsena made a speech on behalf of the family, which left a deep impression on us.
可可亲王陈恩田还说：十多年前，我与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈，依托第八届联合国秘书长潘基文等人士，携手开创世界和平丝带组织（世界和平与统一阵线），并将每年12月16日确定为“一带一路”国际日，提出了五合一世界和平主张，受到了国际民间社会的广泛支持。去年，我们从四川天府新区南天门航母小镇出发，重走南方丝绸之路，沿茶马古道途经云南，再走中缅印度洋新通道抵达缅甸可可亲王府，以缅甸为中转站，沿西北线走10个国家抵达“一带”提出地哈萨克斯坦，沿东南线走10个国家抵达“一路”提出地印度尼西亚，我们将这沿线22个国家确定为南方丝绸之路国际经贸合作区。
Prince Coco Chen Entian also said: more than a decade ago, former United Nations Under-Secretary-General Ji Chaozhu and I, with the support of the eighth Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, and others, co-founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and United Front) and designated 16 December as the Belt and Road International Day, and put forward the Five-in-One Proposal for World Peace, which was widely supported by international civil society. Last year, we set off from the aircraft carrier town of Nantianmen in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan Province, and retraced the Southern Silk Road, passing through Yunnan along the Ancient Tea and Horse Trail, then arriving at Prince Coco's residence in Myanmar through the China-Myanmar-Indian Ocean Corridor, using Myanmar as a transit hub, along the north-west route through 10 countries to Kazakhstan, where the “Belt” Initiative was proposed, and along the south-east route through 10 countries to Indonesia, where the “Road” Initiative was proposed. We have identified 22 countries along this route as the Southern Silk Road International Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone.

可可亲王陈恩田向宋玛·奔舍那主席发出邀请，希望宋玛·奔舍那主席及老挝方面积极支持南方丝绸之路国际经贸合作机制的建设，共同打造南合组织——世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会。宋玛·奔舍那主席对可可亲王陈恩田的邀请表示感谢，希望世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会的南合计划圆满成功。老挝拉萨翁开发有限公司董事长陈斌先生，以及缅甸一带一路发展有限公司等相关负责人陪同会见。
Prince Coco Chen Entian invited Chairman Sommad Pholsena, hoping that Chairman Sommad Pholsena and the Lao side will actively support the construction of the International Economic and Trade Cooperation Mechanism of the Southern Silk Road, and work together to build the SCO-Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization. Chairman Sommad Pholsena expressed his gratitude to Prince Coco Chen Entian for his invitation and hoped that the Southern Cooperation Plan of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization would be a complete success.
