印太之光消息，2023年11月14日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有33天，世界舜裔宗亲联谊会第二十七届国际大会在“晋江经验”发源地晋江举行。本届大会主题为《弘扬孝善美德，共建“一带一路”》，敦聘陈永栽、陈祖昌、陈恩田等著名侨领为大会荣誉主席。
According to the Light of Indo Pacific, on November 14, 2023, 33 days before the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), the 27th International Conference of the World Shun Descendants Association will be held in Jinjiang, the birthplace of the "Jinjiang Experience". The theme of this conference is "Promoting Filial Piety and Virtue, Jointly Building the"Belt and Road ", and Chen Yongzai, Chen Zuchang, Chen Entian and other famous overseas Chinese leaders are sincerely invited to be honorary chairmen of the conference.
陈永栽系菲华商总会名誉理事长，被誉为菲律宾烟草大王；陈祖昌系菲律宾龙威集团主席，也是中国侨联海外顾问；陈恩田系世界和平丝带组织领导人，被国际社会尊称为“可可亲王”，陈永栽创办了菲律宾福川烟草有限公司，陈恩田创办了印太烟草有限公司。受大会委托，陈恩田代表荣誉主席团向陈建福、陈凯复、陈荣旋、陈天奖等大会主席团成员颁发匾牌。
Chen Yongzai is the honorary chairman of the Philippine Chinese Business Association and is known as the tobacco king of the Philippines; Chen Zuchang is the Chairman of Longwei Group in the Philippines and also an overseas consultant of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese; Chen Entian is the leader of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and is known as the "Prince Coco" by the international community. Chen Yongzai founded the Philip Morris-Fortune Tobacco Co., Ltd., and Chen Entian founded the India Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd. Entrusted by the conference, Chen Entian, on behalf of the Honorary Presidium, presented plaques to the members of the conference's Presidium, including Chen Jianfu, Chen Kaifu, Chen Rongxuan, and Chen Tianjiǎng.

The conference was held between The Third "Belt and Road" Forum for International Cooperation (BRF III) and the tenth "Belt and Road" International Day, which serves as a link between the past and the future. Chen Jianfu, Chairman of the World Shun Descendants Association, Huang Tiankai, Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, and over 2000 guests from around the world attended the conference.
