陈恩田说：我很高兴再次见到主席先生，感谢主席先生为中缅胞波情谊及世界和平作出的贡献，也感谢主席先生对世界和平丝带组织及“一带一路”国际日的关心支持。今年是一带一路国际合作倡议提出十周年，也是一带一路国际日诞辰十周年，再过10天就是12月16日（第十届一带一路国际日）。缅甸文艺会、缅甸一带一路发展有限公司等机构筹备举行“万灯祈福、共襄和平”法会，目的是为缅甸国家和人民祈福、为一带一路国家和人民祈福，为世界和平祈福，这是一带一路国际日诞辰十周年以来，缅甸民间首次举办的祈福法会，对于促进缅甸及世界和平有着积极的意义。
