南合组织主席陈恩田参观新加坡孙中山南洋纪念馆
SSCO Chairman Chen Entian visits Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall in Singapore
印太之光消息,新加坡当地时间2024年9月8日,世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会(简称南合组织)主席、南洋陈氏宗亲总会联席理事长陈恩田抵达新加坡晚晴园,参观了孙中山南洋纪念馆,表达对孙中山及同盟会南洋先贤的缅怀和敬意。陈恩田表示:我们要学习孙中山及同盟会南洋先贤的创业精神,在新的历史时期团结南洋侨领,支持南方丝绸之路沿线国家经济贸易发展。
The Light of Indo-Pacific News, Singapore local time 2024 September 8, Chen Entian, chairman of World Peace Ribbon Organization's Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) and co-chairman of the Association of South Ocean Chen(Tan) Clan, visited the Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall in Singapore to express his remembrance and respect Sun Yat Sen and forefathers of the Tongmenghui of China. Chen Entian said: We should learn from the entrepreneurial spirit of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and forefathers of the Tongmenghui of China, and unite overseas Chinese leaders in Nanyang to support the economic and trade development of countries along the Southern Silk Road in the new historical period.
孙中山南洋纪念馆又名晚晴园,是同盟会南洋支部旧址,保存了孙中山先生在新加坡时的许多重要史料。晚晴园原本由一位张姓富商修建,供同盟会南洋支部使用。孙中山从1905年开始,数次访问新加坡,把此地作为中国同盟会南洋支部的活动据点。1966年3月,新加坡中华总商会将几度易手的晚晴园整修后重新开放,供人凭吊一代伟人孙中山。纪念馆的正面,摆放着孙中山先生的座像。
The Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall, also known as Wan Qing Yuan, served as the Tongmenghui's base in Nanyang (Southeast Asia). It preserves many important historical materials of Dr. Sun Yat Sen. The Wan Qing Yuan was originally built by a wealthy merchant surnamed Zhang for the use of the Tongmenghui of China. Dr. Sun Yat-sen visited Singapore several times from 1905 onwards, making it the base for the activities of the Tongmenghui of China. In March 1966, the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) reopened the Wan Qing Yuan, which had changed hands several times, to pay homage to the great man of the generation, Dr. Sun Yat Sen. At the front of the Memorial Hall, a statue of Dr. Sun Yat Sen is placed.
据中国大陆官媒披露,陈恩田的祖父陈光美系陈独秀与高君曼所生之子,十多年前,陈恩田与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸创立世界和平丝带组织(世界和平与统一阵线),提出全球瞩目的五合一世界和平主张,将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日。爱国侨领陈嘉庚曾孙、亚洲影响力组织主席陈铭先生,新加坡陈氏总会、南舜同宗会会长陈永祥先生,以及印太烟草公司等有关人士陪同参观。
According to the official media in mainland China, Chen Entian's grandfather, Chen Guangmei, was the son of Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. More than a decade ago, Chen Entian and the former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ji Chaozhu, founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace and United Front), put forward the globally-acclaimed Five-in-One Proposal for World Peace, and designated December 16 of each year as the “Belt and Road” International Day. Mr. Daryl Tan, great-grandson of patriotic overseas Chinese leader Tan Kah Kee and Executive Chairman of Impact Of Asia Limited, Mr. Chen Yongxiang, President of Singapore Tan Association and Nanyang Shun Clan Association, and those from Indo-Pacific Tobacco accompanied the visit.
