刘晓清，当代青年女画家，祖籍山东，生于新疆，从小就有绘画天赋。近年来，刘晓清利用工作之余，潜心绘画，经过一些著名的书画大师指点，绘画技艺进步神速，宛若一颗新星从书画界冉冉升起。
