印太和平论坛主席陈恩田拜会致公党福建省委主委罗恩平

世界和平丝带组织纽约秘书处消息，中国当地时间2023年8月3日，世界和平丝带组织印太和平论坛筹委会主席、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）首席亲善大使陈恩田先生归国抵达福州，拜会了致公党福建省委主委、福建省金融投资有限公司总经理罗恩平先生。罗恩平对陈恩田的来访表示欢迎，主宾双方就共建“一带一路”、海外华人华侨、印太和平论坛、金融烟草项目等话题举行了会谈。
According to the New York secretariat of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, on August 3, 2023, China local time, Mr. Chen Entian, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Indo-Pacific Peace Forum of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and Chief Goodwill Ambassador of the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), returned to Fuzhou and paid a visit to Mr. Luo Enping, Chairman of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Zhigong Party and CEO of Fujian Financial Investment Co., LTD. Mr. Luo Enping welcomed Chen Entian's visit and the two sides held talks on jointly promoting the Belt and Road Initiative, overseas Chinese, Indo-Pacific Peace Forum, financial and tobacco projects and other topics.

陈恩田向罗恩平介绍了印太和平论坛及世界和平丝带组织印太总部在东南亚地区的筹备情况，以及世界和平丝带组织（世界和平统一阵线）的发展历程。陈恩田表示：2013年，领袖提出“一带一路”国际合作倡议，我和联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈等全球学者，从国际民间层面积极响应支持，从而筹备成立世界和平丝带组织（世界和平统一阵线），提出五合一世界和平主张，将每年12月16日确定为“一带一路”国际日，得到了时任联合国秘书长潘基文先生、时任联合国教科文组织总干事博科娃女士的关心和支持。陈恩田还说：今年是“一带一路”国际合作倡议提出十周年，也是世界和平丝带组织（世界和平统一阵线）成立10周年，祖国方面正在筹备第三届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛，世界和平丝带组织预祝这次盛会取得圆满成功。
Chen Entian briefed Luo Enping on the preparations for the Indo-Pacific Peace Forum and the Indo-Pacific headquarters of the World Peace Ribbon Organization in Southeast Asia, as well as the development process of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace United Front). Chen Entian said: In 2013, Chinese leaders proposed the Belt and Road Initiative for international cooperation. Mr. Ji Chaozhu, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, and I along with global scholars actively responded to support from the international and non-governmental level, so as to prepare for the establishment of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace United Front), proposed the five-in-one world peace proposition, and designate December 16 as the Belt and Road International Day. It received the care and support of then-UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and then-UNESCO Director-General Ms. Bokova. Chen Entian also said: This year is the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" international cooperation initiative, but also the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (World Peace United Front), the motherland is preparing for the third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Forum, the World Peace Ribbon organization wishes this event a complete success.

印太和平论坛是印度洋太平洋地区以和平为主题的高端对话平台，主要邀请印太地区的高级别领导人出席。为支持印太和平论坛的举办，世界和平丝带组织在东南亚国家创办印太烟草有限公司（Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co.,Ltd），推出“和平草”特殊香烟，该项目已经被列为BR-NGP项目库重点项目。在福建访问期间，陈恩田还前往陈氏家族杰出人物、菲律宾烟草大亨陈永栽故里参观学习。
The Indo-Pacific Peace Forum is a high-level dialogue platform for peace in the Indo-Pacific region, which mainly invites high-level leaders from the Indo-Pacific region to attend. In order to support the holding of the Indo-Pacific Peace Forum, the World Peace Ribbon organization founded Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co.,Ltd in Southeast Asian and launched the "Peace grass" special cigarette, which has been listed as a key project of the BR-NGP project library. During his visit to Fujian, Chen Entian also visited the hometown of Chen Yongzai, a prominent figure in the Chen family and a tobacco tycoon in the Philippines.
