缅甸商务大臣昂乃乌表示：很高兴在云南昆明再次见到“可可亲王”陈恩田先生，缅甸国家商务发展离不开世界各国友人的支持，可可亲王作为世界和平丝带组织首席亲善大使、第一届至第八届委员会主席，带领世界和平丝带组织阳光工程代表团来到缅甸投资兴业，是对缅甸国家的支持和信任，缅甸国家一定会营造好商务环境，不辜负来缅的全球商务合作者。陈恩田说：2013年12月16日，星云大师莅临云南大学庆来堂举行佛学开示《看见梦想的力量》，我与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈等国际学者，依托联合国创立世界和平丝带组织，提出五合一世界和平主张，将每年12月16日设立为“一带一路”国际日，云南昆明从此成为国际民间节日——“一带一路”国际日的发祥地。

Chen Entian said that on December 16, 2013, Master Hsing Yun visited the Qinglai Hall of Yunnan University to hold a Buddhist lecture titled"Insight into the Power of Dreams". Together with Ji Chaozhu, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and other international scholars, we founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization, proposed the five-in-one initiative for world peace, and established December 16 every year as the "Belt and Road" International Day. Then Kunming become the birthplace of the "Belt and Road" International Day, the international folk festival.
缅甸商务大臣昂来乌表示：共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年以来，不管是政府层面，还是民间层面，都取得了丰硕成果，缅甸国家重启“一带一路”国际合作，希望从政府或民间层面合作共赢。缅甸国家与中国、日本、泰国等方面发展了三个经济特区，“可可亲王”陈恩田先生能够将印太和平论坛设立在缅甸，表明国际友人对缅甸国家依然充满信心。陈恩田说：尽管国际不良势力大肆造谣，抹黑缅甸，破坏缅甸旅游投资环境，但我本人对缅甸国家充满信心。缅甸国家可以抓住共建“一带一路“的发展机遇，借鉴学习中国改革开放初期深圳特区发展经验，成立印太总部特区，保证特区安全，以土地和特区政策吸引全球客商前来投资兴业。

据悉，“可可亲王”陈恩田所在的世界和平丝带组织以“一带一路”国际日吉祥信物“世界和平丝带”命名，以传递世界和平，促进国际合作为己任，被誉为“一带一路”国际民间合作的最强音。参加会见的主宾双方还有Indo Pacific Tobacco Company Limited (印太烟草有限公司)、中闻丝路发展有限公司等单位有关人士，陈恩田说：为传递世界和平理念，支持缅甸烟草产业发展，印太烟草有限公司将把一种新型烟草——和平草带到缅甸国家种植。

可可亲王，英文名CANUTE，中文名陈恩田，大清康熙帝师陈廷敬后人，现任缅甸国家文化艺术委员会终身高级顾问、世界和平丝带组织印太总部筹委会主席，中国官媒披露其祖父陈光美系陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，鉴于其担任“一带一路”国际民间合作组织——世界和平丝带组织首席亲善大使、第一届至第八届委员会主席，也是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）等国际民间节日的建议者和推动者，国际社会尊称其为“可可亲王”或“陈亲王”。
Prince Coco, whose English name is CANUTE and Chinese name is Chen Entian, is the descendant of Chen Tingjing, the teacher of the Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. He is now the lifelong senior adviser of the Myanmar Art & Culture Association and the chairman of the preparatory committee of the Indo-Pacific Headquarters of the World Peace Ribbon Organization. The Chinese official media disclosed that his grandfather Chen Guangmei is the son of Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. In view of his role as the chief goodwill ambassador of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, the chairman of the first to eighth Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, the advisors and promoter of international folk festivals, such as the UN Chinese Language Day (April 20), the International Tea Day (May 21), and the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), the international community respectfully calls him "Prince Coco" or "Prince Chen".
