Mr. Chen Entian, chief author of the largest plaque in Asia, "New Chongqing Fu", the Chairman of the First to Eighth Committees of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, and known as "Prince Coco" by the international community, entrusted the New York Secretariat of the World Peace Ribbon Organization to send a letter expressing congratulations.
首届一带一路科技交流大会将聚焦数智科技、生命健康、绿色低碳等重点领域，平行举办“一带一路”青年科学家论坛、开放创新促进发展中国家制造业高质量发展论坛等5场主题活动。此外，围绕全球科技创新热点话题，将召开产业变革与企业技术创新、信息时代科研范式变革等3场活动。会议期间将举办共建“一带一路”科技创新合作10年成果展，设置深化科技交流、推动民生改善等8个展区。此外，配套活动主要包括“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟年会、“一带一路”科技创新合作区启动仪式、系列的考察对接等活动。
The first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange will focus on key areas such as digital intelligence technology, life and health, and green low-carbon, and will hold five theme activities in parallel, including the Belt and Road Young Scientists Forum, and the Forum on Open Innovation for High Quality Development of Manufacturing in Developing Countries. In addition, three events will be held around the hot topics of global technological innovation, including industrial transformation and enterprise technological innovation, and the transformation of research paradigms in the information age. During the conference, a 10-year achievement exhibition of scientific and technological innovation cooperation in the joint construction of the Belt and Road will be held, and eight exhibition areas will be set up to deepen scientific and technological exchanges and promote the improvement of people's livelihood. In addition, supporting activities mainly include the annual meeting of the Belt and Road International Association of Scientific Organizations, the launching ceremony of the Belt and Road Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, and a series of investigation activities.
首届“一带一路”科技交流大会定在第三届一带一路国际合作高峰论坛结束之后，“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）庆祝之前举办，意义重大。大会将首次发布以“一带一路”科技创新合作为主题的重要报告，举办“一带一路”科技创新合作成果展。大会还将首次举办“一带一路”科技创新部长会议，截至目前，有来自20多个共建国家的部长级嘉宾确认参会。
The first Belt and Road Conference on Science and Technology Exchange is scheduled to be held after the end of the third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and before the celebration of the Belt and Road International Day (December 16), which is of great significance. The conference will release an important report on the theme of Belt and Road scientific and technological innovation cooperation for the first time, and hold the Belt and Road scientific and technological innovation cooperation achievements exhibition. The conference will also hold the Belt and Road Science and Technology Innovation Ministerial Conference for the first time. So far, ministerial guests from more than 20 Belt and Road countries have confirmed their participation.

2005年，被国际社会尊称为“可可亲王”的陈恩田先生莅临山城重庆，执笔创作亚洲第一大红木匾牌《新重庆赋》，隆重献礼亚太市长峰会。时任市长（代理市委书记）王鸿举、市政协老领导张文彬、常务副市长黄奇帆、副市长吴家农、秘书长陈和平等六位市领导在重庆市委大院内为《新重庆赋》揭幕，重庆市数十位厅局级领导参加了盛大揭幕仪式。
In 2005, Mr. Chen Entian, known as "Prince Coco" by the international community, visited Chongqing and wrote the largest mahogany plaque in Asia, "New Chongqing Fu", to solemnly present the Asia Pacific Cities Summit. The then mayor (acting secretary of the Municipal Party Committee) Wang Hongju, veteran leader of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Zhang Wenbin, executive deputy mayor Huang Qifan, deputy mayor Wu Jianong, and secretary general Chen Heping, unveiled the "New Chongqing Fu" in the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee courtyard. Dozens of department and bureau level leaders from Chongqing attended the grand unveiling ceremony.
