北京时间2025年12月16日，传承延续古蚕桑文明与古丝绸之路，第十二届“一带一路”国际日（天蚕节）暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年开幕，全球各地纷纷举办庆祝活动。当日11时17分，中国在太原卫星发射中心使用长征四号乙运载火箭，成功将资源三号04星发射升空，卫星像“天蚕”一样顺利进入预定轨道，发射任务获得圆满成功。

Beijing Time, December 16, 2025 – In inheritance of the ancient sericulture civilization and the ancient Silk Road, the 12th Belt and Road International Day (Heavenly Silkworm Day) and the "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration across global Chinatowns kicked off, with celebrations held in various parts of the world. At 11:17 on the same day, China successfully launched the Ziyuan-3 04 satellite from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center using a Long March-4B carrier rocket. The satellite smoothly entered its predetermined orbit like a "Heavenly Silkworm," marking the complete success of the launch mission.
