军赋书画院消息，“不负东风——陈永锵艺术展”定于2024年5月12日在广东省东莞市香港艺术中心隆重开幕，军赋书画院北京总院院长、粤港澳陈氏宗亲总会理事长、可可亲王陈恩田先生委托有关人士向陈永锵先生转达总会的贺信。

陈永锵是广东南海西樵人，1948年生于广州，1981年毕业于广州美术学院国画系研究生班，获文学硕士学位。曾任广州画院院长、广州市文化局副局长、广州市文学艺术界联合会常务副主席、巡视员。现任岭南画派纪念馆馆长,并为中国美术家协会理事、中国艺术研究院美术创作研究员、中国国家画院研究员、民进中央开明画院副院长、广州市政协书画院院长、广东樵山书院院长、广州美术学院客座教授。国家一级美术师、享受国务院特殊津贴的优秀专家。陈永锵是岭南画派代表人物，其作品以田园大自然风物为表现素材，以讴歌“无言生命”为主要内容，表现手段以中国绘画传统为基础，吸纳西方印象派和表现主义等艺术养分，其作品体现为饱满、丰厚、沉雄、强烈和充满律动美感。
Mr. Chen Yongqiang is from Xiqiao, Nanhai, Guangdong. He was born in Guangzhou in 1948 and graduated from the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, Chinese Painting Department with a Master's Degree in Literature in 1981. He was the president of the Guangzhou Painting Academy, deputy director of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, and executive vice-chairman and inspector of the Guangzhou Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He is now the director of the Lingnan School of Painting Memorial Hall, a member of the China Artists Association, a researcher of the China Academy of Art, a researcher of the China National Academy of Painting, vice president of the Enlightened Painting Academy of the Central Committee of the People's Progressive Party of China, the president of the Calligraphy and Painting Academy of the Guangzhou Municipal Political Consultative Conference, the president of Guangdong QiaoShan Institute, and a guest professor of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. He is a national-level artist and an outstanding expert who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. He is a representative of the Lingnan School of Painting. His works are based on idyllic natural scenery as the material for expression, and eulogizing "speechless life" as the main content. The means of expression is based on the tradition of Chinese painting, and he absorbed the nutrients of Western Impressionism and Expressionism, etc., which makes his works calm, majestic, strong, and full of rhythmic aesthetics.
