印太之光消息，老挝当地时间6月19日上午，首都万象最大的酒店--拉萨翁万达文华酒店举行开业典礼，正在北京参加中菲问题研讨会的南合组织负责人、南方丝绸之路首席亲善大使、可可亲王陈恩田先生，代表世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路委员会，以视频讲话方式表达祝贺。

On behalf of the Southern Silk Road Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, Mr. Chen Entian, Head of the Southern Silk Road Cooperation Organization and Chief Goodwill Ambassador of the Southern Silk Road, who is attending the Seminar on the China-Philippines Issues in Beijing, expressed his congratulations in a video.
老挝人民民主共和国总理宋赛·西潘敦、副总理兼国防部长战沙蒙·占雅拉、中国驻老挝大使馆经商参赞赵文宇、拉萨翁开发有限公司董事长陈斌等出席典礼。拉萨翁万达文华酒店位于万象市中心，总建筑面积18.8万平方米，高138米，36层，是老挝目前最高的建筑。包括五星级酒店、写字楼、公寓、医疗保健中心、综合购物中心、娱乐中心、体育中心、国际餐厅等。
Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Mr. Sonexay Siphandone, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Mr. Chansamone Chanyalath, Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the Lao PDR, Mr. Zhao Wenyu, and Chairman of Latsavong Development Co., Ltd., Mr. Chen Bin, attended the ceremony. Located in the center of Vientiane, the Latsavong WandaVista has a total construction area of 188,000 square meters, 138 meters high, 36 floors, which is currently the tallest building in Laos. It includes a five-star hotel, offices, apartments, a healthcare center, a shopping complex, an entertainment center, a sports center, and international restaurants.
陈恩田表示：拉萨翁万达文华酒店是中老共建"一带一路"在老挝首都万象的标志，也是闪耀南方丝绸之路的又一颗璀璨明珠。世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路委员会愿与老挝政府、社会组织、企业等各方建立友好关系，携手开创美好未来。
Mr. Chen Entian said: Latsavong WandaVista is the symbol of the "Belt and Road" in Vientiane, the capital city of Laos, and is another bright pearl shining on the Southern Silk Road.
