SSCO Chairman Chen Entian Attends the HSR Economic Institute of the Global South Conference

2025年8月27日，全球南方高铁经济研究院会议在香港举行。南合组织主席、全球南方合作银行筹委会主任陈恩田以首席顾问身份出席并发表讲话。

The HSR Economic Institute of the Global South Conference was held in Hong Kong on August 27, 2025. Chen Entian, Chairman of the Southern Silk Road and the Global South International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) and Director of the Preparatory Committee for the Global South Cooperative Bank, attended the event as Chief Advisor and delivered a speech.

陈恩田强调，高铁建设是全球南方国家经济发展的重要引擎，希望全球南方高铁经济研究院与中国铁路旗下机构及建设单位紧密协作，推动高铁及关联产业在全球南方国家的发展。他呼吁加强技术合作与人才培训，助力各国构建现代化交通体系，促进区域互联互通和经济一体化。

Chen Entian emphasized that high-speed rail construction is a vital engine for economic development in Global South nations. He expressed hope that the Institute would closely collaborate with China Railway-affiliated institutions and construction units to promote the development of high-speed rail and related industries in these countries. He also called for enhanced technical cooperation and talent training to help nations build modern transportation systems, thereby fostering regional connectivity and economic integration.

此次会议旨在深化全球南方国家在高铁领域的合作，为实现可持续发展和共同繁荣提供支撑。多位国际专家及机构代表通过线上线下的方式参与了讨论。

The conference aimed to deepen cooperation among Global South countries in the high-speed rail sector, supporting sustainable development and shared prosperity. Numerous international experts and representatives from various institutions participated in the discussions through both online and offline channels.
