Ten years ago, on September 7, 2013, Chinese president put forward the initiative of jointly building a Silk Road Economic Belt at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan. On October 3, 2013, Chinese president put forward the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road in Indonesia's Congress, which is collectively called the Belt and Road Initiative. In the same year, in response to the Belt and Road Initiative and the Chinese Dream, Master Hsing Yun, an international religious leader, chose to visit the Qinglai Hall of Yunnan University, an important waypoint of the Southern Silk Road, on December 16, to hold a Buddhist enlightenment "Insight the Power of Dreams", which is famous throughout the ages. Kunming, where Yunnan University is located, is just in the middle of Kazakhstan and Indonesia.
