SCO Establishes SCO Fund to Support Development of Countries Along the Southern Silk Road
纳斯达克中文台1216国际广播，世界和平丝带组织印太委员会消息，世界和平丝带组织第一届至第八届委员会领导人、南方丝绸之路国际合作组织决策咨询委员会主席U Coco Won(可可亲王)近日访问北京，与中国有关方面达成共识，成立南合基金支持南方丝绸之路国际合作项目及沿线国家发展。
Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio, the Indo-Pacific Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (WPRO) news, the leaders of the 1st to 8th WPRO committees, the Chairman of the Decision-making Advisory Committee of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Organization (SCO), U Coco Won (Prince Coco), recently visited Beijing, and reached a consensus with the relevant Chinese parties on the establishment of a SCO Fund to support the Southern Silk Road international cooperation projects and the development of countries along the Southern Silk Road.

南方丝绸之路国际合作组织是在重走南方丝绸之路课题组提议下，由世界和平丝带组织印太委员会牵头设立的非官方合作机制，涵盖中国、缅甸共22个国家。重走南方丝绸之路以中国四川·天府新区南天门航母小镇为新起点，沿茶马古道、中缅印度洋新通道抵达缅甸曼德勒，再以曼德勒为中转站，西北线联通“一带”提出地——哈萨克斯坦共10个国家，包括印度、孟加拉国、尼泊尔、不丹、斯里兰卡、马尔代夫、巴基斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、吉尔吉斯坦、哈萨克斯坦；东南线联通“一路”提出地——印度尼西亚共10个国家。包括老挝、泰国、越南、柬埔寨、马来西亚、新加坡、菲律宾、文莱、东帝汶、印度尼西亚。
The Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Organization (SCO) is an unofficial cooperation mechanism led by the Indo-Pacific Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization (WPRO) at the suggestion of the Re-tracing of the Southern Silk Road Project Group, covering 22 countries in total, including China and Myanmar. Retracing the Southern Silk Road with the carrier town of Nantianmen, Tianfu New Area, Sichuan, China, as the new starting point, along the Tea Horse Road, China-Burma Indian Ocean New Passage to Mandalay, Myanmar, and then Mandalay as a transit point, the Northwest line connects the "Belt" Initiative proposed place - Kazakhstan, a total of 10 countries, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Kirghizstan and Kazakhstan; the southeast line connects to the "Road" Initiative proposed place - Indonesia, a total of 10 countries. Including Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Brunei, Timor-Leste and Indonesia.

U Coco Won(可可亲王)表示：高层提议我们成立非官方机制的南合基金，团队研究后，将南合基金作为南合组织的重大工作事项，我们也需要南方丝绸之路沿线国家的支持和专业人才的加盟。南合基金将重点支持南方丝绸之路沿线国家基础设施建设，扶持惠民富民的合作项目，助力人民币国际化。
U Coco Won (Prince Coco) said: Beijing proposed that we set up an unofficial mechanism of the SCO Fund. The SCO team has decided, after a study, to make the SCO Fund a priority for SCO, which also needs the support and expertise of the countries along the Southern Silk Road. The fund will focus on supporting infrastructure construction in countries along the Southern Silk Road, supporting cooperation projects that benefit the people, and helping to internationalize the RMB.
