The "High-Quality Development of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Through Joint Efforts" book series were written by a research team led by Professor Zhu Jigao and Associate Professor Han Huibo of the International Business School of the University of International Business and Economics.
本次发布会由对外经济贸易大学国际商学院财务管理系主任郑建明教授主持。对外经济贸易大学祝继高教授、韩慧博副教授详细介绍了《共建“一带一路”高质量发展丛书》的主要内容和编写情况。《共建“一带一路”高质量发展丛书》是作者团队依托国家社会科学基金重大项目“‘一带一路’投资安全保障体系研究”和对外经济贸易大学中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助“一带一路”研究系列著作项目取得的阶段性研究成果。该丛书共包括三本著作，分别为：《“一带一路”金融风险与金融监管》《“一带一路”跨境资本运营》《中国企业共建“一带一路”典型案例》。《“一带一路”金融风险与金融监管》主要以宏观层面的资金融通为切入点，分析“一带一路”沿线国家金融体系结构和金融监管的主要现状和特征，以及金融风险的内容、风险成因和传导方式，并在此基础上构建“一带一路”金融风险分析框架和监测预警体系，并且从国家主权信用风险、金融风险研究和评估、金融合作、金融资本来源和金融基础设施建设五个维度提出相关对策建议。《“一带一路”跨境资本运营》围绕跨境资本运营涉及的三个核心问题——跨境融资、跨境并购和境外收益回流展开研究，总结我国企业“走出去”过程中遇到的各种问题和挑战。《中国企业共建“一带一路”典型案例》围绕“一带一路”倡议下的“五通”建设，精选8个高质量参与“一带一路”建设的典型案例，深入分析和总结这些案例企业所取得的成绩，为参与共建“一带一路”的企业提供决策参考和启示。 中国人民大学副校长叶康涛教授、中国人民大学出版社副总编辑于波老师、对外经济贸易大学国际商学院院长陈德球教授、科研处副处长柳瑛老师以及本书的作者祝继高教授、韩慧博副教授共同为《共建“一带一路”高质量发展丛书》揭幕。受“一带一路”国际日全球委员会（世界和平丝带组织）主席陈恩田先生委托，“一带一路”国际民间合作机构——世界和平丝带组织印太总部筹委会对新书发布表达祝贺。

The series includes three books, namely: the "Belt and Road" Financial Risk and Financial Supervision, the "Belt and Road" Cross border Capital Operation, and Typical Cases of Chinese Enterprises Jointly Building" Belt and Road ". The the "Belt and Road" Financial Risk and Financial Supervision mainly focuses on macro level financing, analyzes the main status quo and characteristics of financial system structure and financial supervision of countries along the "Belt and Road", as well as the content, risk causes and transmission modes of financial risks, and builds the "Belt and Road" financial risk analysis framework and monitoring and early warning system on this basis Propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions from five dimensions: financial risk research and assessment, financial cooperation, sources of financial capital, and financial infrastructure construction.
