（南合之光）8月21日，由中华人民共和国外交部、教育部、贵州省人民政府共同主办的2024中国-东盟教育交流周在贵阳市隆重开幕。世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日文艺大使、著名音乐人罗志强出席了活动，并代表重走南方丝绸之路课题组组长、世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田，祝贺2024中国-东盟教育交流周圆满成功。
(Light of SSCO) On August 21st, the 2024 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week, co-hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Education and the People's Government of Guizhou Province, kicks off in Guiyang. The Art Ambassador of the “Belt and Road” International Day of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and famous musician Luo Zhiqiang attended the event. On behalf of Chen Entian, the head of the Retracing the Southern Silk Road Project Group and the chairman of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee(SSCO) of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, Luo Zhiqiang congratulated the 2024 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week on its success.

2024中国-东盟教育交流周吸引来自中国和东盟地区共4000多人参加，开幕式由贵州省副省长张敬平主持，全国人大常委会副委员长、民盟中央主席丁仲礼，老挝国会副主席坎贝·丹腊，贵州省委书记、省人大常委会主任徐麟，老挝国会文化和社会事务委员会主席邦塔·泰帕勇，省委副书记、省长李炳军，中国教育部副部长何光彩、缅甸教育部副部长莫佐通、柬埔寨教育青年体育部国务秘书欧姆·罗姆尼、东南亚教育部长组织秘书长哈必芭、中国-东盟中心秘书长史忠俊，老挝教育与体育部副部长苏力乌冬·孙达拉，老挝国会外事委员会副主席万迪·邦萨勇，外交部大使王福康，贵州省领导郭锡文、王世杰、张光奇、冉霞等嘉宾出席了开幕式。

罗志强表示：南合组织是“重走南方丝绸之路”概念沿线22国NGO发起成立的经贸合作组织，南方丝绸之路国际经贸合作区不仅包括东盟地区，也包括“一带”提出地哈萨克斯坦和“一路”提出地印度尼西亚连线的南合地区。南合组织新加坡管理有限公司、“一带一路”国际民间合作项目库管理有限公司、缅甸“一带一路”发展有限公司等南合组织关联机构愿参与今后中国-东盟教育交流周活动。
Ambassador Luo Zhiqiang said: SSCO is an economic and trade cooperation organization initiated by NGOs from 22 countries along the concept of “retracing the Southern Silk Road”. The Southern Silk Road International Economic and Trade Cooperation Area includes not only the ASEAN area, but also the area between Kazakhstan, where the “Silk Road Economic Belt” was initiated, and Indonesia, where the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” was initiated. Associate companies of SSCO such as SSCO Singapore Management Ltd., The Belt and Road International Non-governmental Cooperation Project Database Management Ltd. and Myanmar the Belt and Road Development Ltd. are willing to participate in future China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week activities.
