Mysterious Hongmen Brother Plans to Invest $5 Billion to Control Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd.
新加坡当地时间2025年6月3日，南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司消息，神秘洪门大哥拟出资50亿美元（约合360亿元人民币），控股印太烟草有限公司及旗下多家博物馆，将持有公司30%股份，成为公司第一大股东。
Local time in Singapore, June 3, 2025 – SSCO (Singapore) Management Co., Ltd. announced that a mysterious Hongmen brother plans to invest 5 billion US dollars (about 36 billion RMB) to acquire a 30% stake in Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd. and a number of its museums, which will make him the company's largest shareholder.

印太烟草有限公司是一家立足缅甸、马来西亚、印度尼西亚等印太地区，从事无害或低害新型烟草种植、加工、销售的国际化企业，主打品牌“和平草香烟”。按此收购对价计算，印太烟草有限公司整体估值将达约166亿美元（约合1200亿元人民币）。印太烟草公司除核心烟草业务外，还参与“中缅空路”低空无人机物流运输项目，旗下还在全球整合多家博物馆资产。
Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd. is an international enterprise based in Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Indo-Pacific regions, specializing in the cultivation, processing, and sale of harmless or low-harm novel tobacco products. Its flagship brand is "Peace Grass Cigarettes." Based on the proposed acquisition valuation, the company’s total worth is estimated at approximately $16.6 billion (around RMB 120 billion). Beyond its core tobacco business, the company is involved in the "China-Myanmar Air Road" low-altitude drone logistics project and has been consolidating global museum assets.
根据投资方要求，此次注入资金中的一部分，将专项用于支持印太烟草有限公司发起成立一家新的商业银行。此举标志着该资本在控股实体产业的同时，正积极布局金融领域，交易最终完成尚待相关监管批准。
Per the investor’s requirements, a portion of the injected capital will be earmarked for supporting the establishment of a new commercial bank by Indo-Pacific Tobacco Co., Ltd. This move signifies the capital’s strategic expansion into finance while consolidating control over physical industries. The transaction remains subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
