Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio: According to information from Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd., at a regular press conference in Beijing on April 3, 2026, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning stated that China extends its congratulations to Min Aung Hlaing on his election as President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

毛宁表示，中缅两国是传统友好邻邦，也是同甘共苦的命运共同体。中国对缅友好政策面向全体缅甸人民。中方支持缅甸新政府维护国家稳定、促进发展繁荣。此外，她还表示，中方愿同缅方一道，落实好全球重大倡议，积极推进高质量共建“一带一路”（Belt and Road）合作，推动构建中缅命运共同体不断取得更多务实成果，更好造福两国人民。

Mao Ning noted that China and Myanmar are traditional friendly neighbors and a community of shared destiny that shares weal and woe. China's friendly policy toward Myanmar is directed at all the people of Myanmar. China supports the new Myanmar government in safeguarding national stability and promoting development and prosperity. She also expressed China's willingness to work with Myanmar to implement major global initiatives, actively advance high-quality cooperation under the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative, and continuously achieve more practical outcomes in building a China-Myanmar community with a shared future, thereby bringing greater benefits to the peoples of both countries.

“中缅空路”大型无人机物流运输项目推动者、缅甸一带一路发展有限公司董事局主席陈空军（陈恩田）在仰光会见有关人士表示：希望新总统及新的领导集体，带领缅甸联邦走向和平、稳定、发展、繁荣，同时期待中缅空路项目早日成功试运行，造福中缅两国政府和人民。

Chen Kongjun (Chen Entian), Chairman of the Board of Myanmar Belt and Road Development Co., Ltd. and promoter of the "China-Myanmar Air Road" large-scale drone logistics transportation project, met with relevant individuals in Yangon. He expressed hope that the new President and the new leadership collective will lead the Republic of the Union of Myanmar toward peace, stability, development, and prosperity.
