中国教育国际交流协会副会长、复旦大学原党委书记焦扬，复旦大学副校长、“一带一路”教育国际交流分会理事长陈志敏出席论坛并致辞，教育部国际司政策规划处一级调研员张萌出席论坛。土耳其驻华大使伊斯梅尔·穆萨，北京语言大学副校长张宝钧，北京师范大学-香港浸会大学联合国际学院常务副校长周荫强，中国人民大学重阳金融研究院宏观研究部副主任徐天启，云南大学副校长段兴武，陕西理工大学校长王磊，广东教育国际交流协会会长赵鹏飞，北京王府学校总校长、法政国际教育创始人王广发，上海城建职业学院国合处处长于丽敏等嘉宾，分别围绕国际交流合作、语言文化交流、合作办学、智库建设、人才培养、青年交流等主题进行主旨发言。

论坛上，《教育国际交流》编辑部主任唐振福发布了《2024年“双一流”建设高校教育对外开放发展状况调查报告》摘要。本次活动吸引了来自国内外高等教育、高职院校及相关教育企业等200余名代表参会。世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日蓝皮书编委会主任、世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田表达祝贺。
At the forum, Tang Zhenfu, Director of the Editorial Department of Education International Exchange, released a summary of the "2024 Survey Report on the Development of Open Education in 'Double First Class' Construction Universities". This forum attracted more than 200 representatives from domestic and foreign higher education institutions, vocational colleges, and related educational enterprises to attend. Mr. Chen Entian, Director of the Editorial Board of the Blue Book of the "Belt and Road" International Day of World Peace Ribbon Organization, Chairman of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) of World Peace Ribbon Organization, expressed congratulations.
