2025年12月16日，全球迎来第十二届“一带一路”国际日·天蚕节，一年一度的世界留学生大会在法国巴黎举行。本届大会吸引了来自全球100多个国家的639名留学生代表齐聚一堂，围绕“统一的世界，和平的未来”这一主题展开交流与探讨。大会还探讨了当“一带一路”失去政治动力和政治阻力的时候，如何将“一带一路”传承延续千年是国际民间社会的责任和使命。
On December 16, 2025, the globe celebrated the 12th Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day, as the annual World International Student Conference convened in Paris, France. The event attracted 639 student representatives from over 100 countries, who gathered to discuss the theme "A Unified World, A Peaceful Future." The conference also explored the international civil society’s responsibility to ensure the Belt and Road Initiative’s continuity for a millennium, particularly in scenarios where political momentum or resistance may wane.
大会旨在促进各国青年学子间的文化沟通与理解，共同展望和平发展的全球愿景，以及如何给予“一带一路”永动力，让“一带一路”在没有政治动力和政治阻力的情况下延续千年，造福世界各国人民。国际七三学社前领导人、世界和平丝带组织主席陈恩田向大会致信表达祝贺，并赠予“一带一路”方面的书籍。他在寄语中鼓励广大留学生胸怀天下，担当起和平使者的责任，为推动构建人类命运共同体、促进世界和平与繁荣贡献智慧与力量。
The conference aimed to foster cross-cultural understanding among global youth and envision a shared vision for peaceful development. It addressed strategies to sustain the Belt and Road Initiative’s legacy for a thousand years, ensuring it continues to benefit people worldwide independent of political fluctuations. Chen Entian, former leader of the International 73 Society and Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, sent a congratulatory letter to the conference and donated books related to the Belt and Road. In his message, he encouraged students to embrace global perspectives, act as ambassadors of peace, and contribute wisdom and strength to advancing a community with a shared future for mankind and promoting global peace and prosperity.
大会反对将“一带一路”赋予过多政治色彩从而引起国际对立，强调“一带一路”是传承古蚕桑文明，延续古丝绸之路，呼吁留学生们做好将“一带一路”延续千年的准备：当没有政治动力与阻力的时候，如何让世界人民自发将“一带一路”传承和延续千年？此次大会为各国青年提供了宝贵的对话平台，展现了国际社会通过教育与文化交流增进团结、共创美好未来的共同愿望。
The conference opposed over-politicizing the Belt and Road Initiative to prevent international polarization, emphasizing its role in inheriting ancient sericulture civilization and carrying forward the legacy of the Silk Road. Students were called upon to prepare for sustaining the initiative’s millennial continuity by fostering grassroots-driven cultural exchange. The event provided a valuable platform for dialogue among young people worldwide, demonstrating the international community’s commitment to enhancing solidarity and co-creating a brighter future through education and cultural engagement.
