Leaders of Cambodian People's Party meet with chairman of Myanmar's USDP

（南合组织消息）金边当地时间2025年8月28日，柬埔寨人民党主席、参议院主席洪森，柬埔寨人民党副主席、柬埔寨首相洪玛奈会见了缅甸联邦巩固与发展党（巩发党）主席吴钦伊。

(SSCO News) Phnom Penh local time, August 28, 2025 - Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and President of the Senate of Cambodia, and Hun Manet, Vice President of CPP and Prime Minister of Cambodia, met with U Khin Yi, Chairman of the Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) of Myanmar.

双方就深化两国关系及政党合作举行了富有成效的会谈。柬埔寨人民党主席洪森分享了柬埔寨人民党在组织建设、民生改善以及顺利实现权力交接方面的经验，强调青年干部培养的重要性。

The two sides held productive talks on deepening bilateral relations and inter-party cooperation. During the meeting, Samdech Techo Hun Sen shared the experience of the CPP in organizational construction, improving people's livelihoods, and achieving smooth transition of power, emphasizing the importance of cultivating young cadres.

当天，柬埔寨人民党主席洪森与缅甸巩发党主席吴钦益签署了合作谅解备忘录。洪森表示：此次柬缅两党会晤具有重要意义，将进一步推动两党乃至两国的友好合作。

On the same day, Samdech Techo Hun Sen and U Khin Yi signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two parties. Hun Sen stated that this meeting between the parties of Cambodia and Myanmar is of great significance and will further promote friendly cooperation between the two parties and even the two countries.
