“一带一路”国际日倒计时：丝绸之路国际青年影像交流计划启动

2024年11月2日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有45天。南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司消息：“青连丝路——丝绸之路国际青年影像交流计划”在西安交通大学正式启动。计划旨在生动讲述丝路精彩故事，持续加深丝路沿线国家人文交流合作，充分发挥青年在微影像领域创作传播的积极作用，搭建具有区域特色优势的影像交流平台，通过图片、短视频、微短剧、微电影、微纪录片等影像叙事，面向丝路沿线国家青年公开征集作品，聚合国内外有关渠道平台，推动丝路题材优质影像内容的国际传播合作。

SSCO (Singapore) Management Pte Ltd News: the "Youth Bonds on Silk Road-International Youth video Exchange Program" was launched at Xi'an Jiaotong University. The program aims to vividly tell the wonderful stories of the Silk Road, continuously deepen cultural exchanges and cooperation among countries along the Silk Road, fully leverage the positive role of young people in creating and disseminating micro images, and build a video exchange platform with regional characteristics. Through visual narratives such as pictures, short videos, micro dramas, micro movies, and micro documentaries, works will be publicly solicited from young people in countries along the Silk Road, and relevant channels and platforms at home and abroad will be gathered to promote international communication and cooperation of high-quality image content on the Silk Road theme.
该计划由陕西省人民政府新闻办公室、中国外文局、西安交通大学等机构指导，丝绸之路大学联盟发起，西安交通大学新闻与新媒体学院、中国外文局国际传播发展中心、中国传媒大学、陕西国际传播中心、宁夏广播电视台、新疆国际经济文化交流中心等联合主办，西安交通大学党委宣传部等支持。西安交通大学副校长单智伟，中国外文局副总编辑、国际传播发展中心主任陈实，陕西省委宣传部副部长单舒平，陕西广电融媒体集团（陕西广播电视台）总编辑骞军，宁夏广播电视台党组副书记、总编辑张仁汉，新疆国际经济文化发展中心秘书长朱志远、中国-中亚机制秘书处一秘白晓明等出席活动。西安交通大学新闻与新媒体学院院长汪文斌主持。来自哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、俄罗斯、泰国、法国等十余个国家的高校代表、智库专家、国际青年等约150名中外嘉宾共同出席。

计划发起机构“丝绸之路大学联盟”由西安交通大学首倡发起，迄今已有40个国家和地区的180余所高校成为联盟成员。联盟弘扬“和平合作、开放包容、互学互鉴、互利共赢”的丝绸之路精神，旨在加强校际交流、人才培养、科研合作、文化沟通、政策研究、医疗服务等方面的交流合作，推动高等教育开放合作、倡导多元文化交流互鉴、服务区域经济社会开放发展。世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日基金会理事长、世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田对计划启动表示祝贺。
The Silk Road University Alliance, initiated by Xi'an Jiaotong University, has attracted over 180 universities from 40 countries and regions as members of the alliance. The alliance promotes the Silk Road spirit of "peaceful cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit", aiming to strengthen inter school exchanges, talent cultivation, scientific research cooperation, cultural communication, policy research, medical services and other exchanges and cooperation, promote open cooperation in higher education, advocate multicultural exchange and mutual learning, and serve the open development of regional economy and society.
