中菲问题研讨会在香山举行，国际战略学者提出中菲新方案
Seminar on China-Philippines Issues Held in Xiangshan, International Strategy Scholars Propose New Solution for China-Philippines
（军赋中文资讯）北京当地时间2024年6月16日，中菲问题研讨会在北京香山举行，国际战略研究所、世界和平丝带组织印太委员会负责人陈恩田出席并讲话。陈恩田在会上提出“中菲新方案”，呼吁中菲两国搁置争议，成立中菲中央合作公司，划定海上合作区，不仅管理开发争议海域，还要向印太地区拓展，共同赚钱造福中菲两国人民。
(JunFu Chinese News) On June 16, 2024, Beijing local time, a seminar on China-Philippines issues was held in Xiangshan, Beijing, with Chen Entian, head of the International Institute for Strategic Studies and the Indo-Pacific Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, attending and delivering a speech. Chen Entian put forward the "China-Philippines new solution" at the seminar , calling on China and the Philippines to set aside the dispute, set up the China-Philippines Central Cooperative Corporation, delineate the maritime cooperation zone, not only manage and develop the disputed waters, but also to expand to the Indo-Pacific region, and make money together for the benefit of the people of China and the Philippines.
陈恩田指出：中菲问题既有他国势力的拱火，也有狭隘国家主义的裹挟，两国高层均无退路可言，谁退让谁就是本国民众口中的“卖国者”，如果没有新的解决方案，擦枪走火完全有可能。因此，我的新方案就是推动两国高层都向前一步，紧密携手前行，成立中菲中央合作公司，共同赚钱携手发展，为两国人民谋求福祉才是硬道理。
Chen Entian said that: The China-Philippines issue is influenced by other national forces and narrow nationalism.There is no way back for the leaders of both countries, and whoever backs down is a "traitor" in the eyes of their own people.In the absence of a new solution, it is entirely possible that a conflict will be triggered.Therefore, my solution is to push the leaders of both countries to take a step forward and work closely together to establish the China-Philippines Central Cooperation Corporation to make money together and work hand in hand for the well-being of the people of both countries.
陈恩田还说：从宇宙太空上看，地球不过是小小球体，我们不过是寄生在小小球体上的细微生命，完全没有必要打着自以为是的旗号，你争我夺，甚至战争。我相信在2949年以内，世界会统一成地球国，如果世界统一成地球国了，回头看当下各国的争端，是不是非常的荒唐可笑。基于此，兄弟邻邦应该用地球观甚至宇宙观来解决争议问题，和平发展与造福人民才是根本。
Chen Entian also said: from the cosmic space, the earth is but a tiny sphere, we are but a tiny life parasitized on a tiny sphere, there is absolutely no need to fight and even war under the banner of self-righteousness. I believe that before 2949 A.D., the world will be united as a global nation, and if that happens, is it ridiculous to look back at the current disputes among nations? Based on this, disputes between neighboring countries should be resolved with an earth view or even a cosmic view. Peaceful development is fundamental.
