南合组织祝贺2024“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛
SCO congratulates the 2024 International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads
南合之光消息，新加坡当地时间2024年9月27日，世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）、“一带一路”国际日基金会主席陈恩田致信祝贺在中国长沙、南京两市举办的“一带一路”青年创意与遗产论坛。
News from the Light of SCO, Singapore, September 27, 2024 local time, Chen Entian, Chairman of the Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee(SCO) of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and Chairman of the Foundation of the Belt and Road International Day, sent a congratulatory letter to the 2024 International Youth Forum on Creativity and Heritage along the Silk Roads held in Changsha and Nanjing, China.
本次论坛由联合国教科文组织、中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会、联合国教科文组织协会世界联合会、长沙市人民政府、南京市人民政府共同主办。联合国教科文组织社会及人文科学助理总干事加布里埃拉·拉莫斯，教育部副部长、中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会主任陈杰，湖南省副省长、长沙市市长周海兵，南京市市长陈之常，中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会秘书长秦昌威，联合国教科文组织协会世界联合会秘书长杜越，中国联合国教科文组织全国委员会秘书处副秘书长葛思颖，联合国教科文组织协会亚太地区联合会主席李善珠等嘉宾出席开幕式和闭幕式并先后致辞。
The event is co-hosted by UNESCO, the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, the World Federation of UNESCO Associations, and the municipal governments of Changsha and Nanjing. Gabriela Ramos, Assistant Director-General for Social and Human Sciences at UNESCO, and Chen Jie, Vice Minister of Education and Chairperson of the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, delivered video messages at the opening ceremony. Zhou Haibing, Vice Governor and Mayor of Changsha, attended the opening ceremony. Qin Changwei, Secretary-General of the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, Du Yue, Secretary-General of the World Federation of UNESCO Associations, Ge Siying, Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, Li Shanzhu, President of the Asia-Pacific Federation of UNESCO Associations and other guests attended the opening and closing ceremonies and delivered speeches one after another.

Chen Peng, Zhou Zhikai, Xu Fan and other leaders of Changsha, Chen Yong, Sun Baijun and other leaders of Nanjing participated in the opening and closing ceremonies. “Youth representatives from countries along the “Belt and Road”, as well as representatives from member cities of UNESCO Creative Cities Network and youth volunteers from home and abroad actively participated in the cultural activities and seminars.
