2024年11月28日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有18天，“一带一路”国际日全球办公室（纽约）消息：浙江大学国际战略与法律研究院与浙江大学光华法学院主办的第五届“一带一路”国际青年论坛在浙江大学拉开帷幕，来自世界各国的青年嘉宾出席了论坛。
November 28, 2024, 18 days before the Belt and Road International Day (December 16). The "Belt and Road" International Day Global Office (New York) news: The 5th International Youth Forum on the Belt & Road Initiative, hosted by the Institute of International Strategy and Law of Zhejiang University and Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University, kicked off at Zhejiang University, and young guests from all over the world attended the forum.

本届论坛由浙江大学国际战略与法律研究院院长、“一带一路”国际研究院（香港）院长王贵国教授，浙江大学国际战略与法律研究院常务副院长、世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日全球办公室（纽约）副主任程乐教授等协同组织，邀请了世界各国青年领袖集聚一堂，从法学视角深度剖析国际议题。
The forum was co-organized by Professor Wang Guiguo, Dean of the Institute of International Strategy and Law, Zhejiang University, and Dean of the Belt and Road International Research Institute (Hong Kong), and Professor Cheng Le, Executive Vice President of the Institute of International Strategy and Law, Zhejiang University, and Deputy Director of the Global Office of the World Peace Ribbon Organization "Belt and Road" International Day (New York). The forum invited young leaders from all over the world to gather together to analyze international issues from the perspective of law.

世界和平丝带组织“一带一路”国际日全球办公室（纽约）主任、南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田先生嘱托程乐教授转达他对论坛的祝贺。陈恩田表示：我们打造全球南方经济特区，引领“一带一路”走深走实，还需国际青年的积极参与。
Mr. Chen Entian, Director of the Global Office of the Belt and Road International Day (New York) of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, Chairman of the Southern Silk Road and the Global South International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) asked Professor Cheng Le to convey his congratulations to the forum. Chen Entian said: We need the active participation of international youth to build the Global South Special Economic Zone and lead the "Belt and Road" to go deeper and more practical.
