Chen Entian, planner of BeiTai Academy, meets with Peking University professor Chen Shaofeng

军赋中文资讯北京9月8日消息，北京军赋书画院（洪门书院）理事长、北泰书院策划人陈恩田先生就“北泰书院”国际教育文产项目，向北京大学文化产业研究院学术委员会主任、博士生导师陈少峰教授请教学习，双方进行了愉快交流。

Junfu Chinese News, Beijing September 8, 2025, Chen Entian, Chairman of Beijing Junfu Calligraphy and Painting Academy (Hongmen Academy) and planner of BeiTai Academy, held a pleasant meeting with Professor Chen Shaofeng, Director of the Academic Committee of the Institute of Cultural Industries at Peking University and doctoral supervisor. The discussion centered on the international education cultural industry project of "BeiTai Academy."

北泰书院是南合组织计划在山东济南“泰山北斗”风景区暨南部山区打造的第十所洪门书院，这是源于陈恩田先生三十年前访问山东历城县，因此山区风光秀丽，地处泰山北麓，又谓岱阴，整整比泰山大三倍，与泰山珠联璧合，所以提出再造“北泰山”的泰山北斗计划。

BeiTai Academy is the tenth Hongmen Academy planned by the SSCO in the "Taishan Beidou" scenic area and southern mountainous region of Jinan, Shandong Province. The initiative originated from Chen Entian's visit to Licheng County, Shandong, thirty years ago. Noting the area's beautiful mountainous landscape located at the northern foot of Mount Tai—also known as Daiyin—which is three times larger than Mount Tai itself, Chen proposed the "Taishan Beidou" plan to create a "BeiTaishan" that complements the existing mountain.

2025年，在陈恩田先生提议下，南合组织携手世文丝（北京）文化产业有限公司，决定在新加坡设立文化产业基金，重启“泰山北斗”计划。陈恩田表示：南合基金为北泰书院解决资金问题，著名学府为北泰书院提供学术平台，通过国际教育文产支撑重启“泰山北斗”计划。

In 2025, at Chen Entian's suggestion, the SSCO partnered with Shi Wensi (Beijing) Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. to establish a cultural industry fund in Singapore, restarting the "Taishan Beidou" plan. Chen stated that the SSCO fund would address financial needs for BeiTai Academy, while prestigious universities would provide an academic platform. The restart of the project is supported through international education and cultural industries.
