Chen Entian Holds Video Talks with Volunteers of London Workstation for Belt and Road International Day & Silkworm God's Day

Nasdaq Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio: On December 27, Mr. Chen Entian, Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and honorifically known as Prince Coco by the international community, held a video meeting with young student volunteers from the London Workstation of the 12th Belt and Road International Day and the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration Series. He highly commended their pioneering contributions to advancing inclusive mutual learning between Eastern and Western festival cultures.
陈恩田指出，天蚕节（12月16日“一带一路”国际日）落地伦敦以来，引领圣诞节、元旦、春节、元宵节等多元文化节庆，为伦敦市民呈现“五节共庆”的跨文化盛宴，彰显了伦敦作为东西方文明交汇枢纽的重要作用。他勉励青年学生志愿者在未来的道路上，发扬“春蚕到死丝方尽”的“天蚕精神”，以文化互鉴促进民心相通，为世界和平发展与文明进步而奋斗。
Mr. Chen pointed out that since Silkworm God's Day (observed on December 16, the Belt and Road International Day) was launched in London, it has brought together a diverse array of cultural festivals including Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and Lantern Festival, presenting Londoners with a cross-cultural feast of "five festivals celebrated in unison". This fully demonstrates London's vital role as a hub where Eastern and Western civilizations intersect. He encouraged the young student volunteers to uphold the Heavenly Silkworm Spirit embodied by the poetic line "A silkworm spins silk till its death" in their future endeavors, promote people-to-people bonds through cultural mutual learning, and strive for world peace, development and the progress of civilizations.
志愿者们感谢陈恩田主席对伦敦工作站的关心，也感谢世界和平丝带组织提供的学习实践平台，今后愿加盟世界和平丝带的伟大事业。此次交流进一步激发了世界各国青年学生志愿者投身“和平丝带”人文交流的热情，为传承延续古蚕桑文明与古丝路精神努力，展现了跨文化节庆活动在促进国际理解与合作方面的独特价值。
The volunteers expressed their gratitude to Chairman Chen Entian for his care and support for the London Workstation, as well as to the World Peace Ribbon Organization for providing a platform for learning and practice. They stated their willingness to join the great cause of the World Peace Ribbon Organization going forward. This exchange has further ignited the enthusiasm of young student volunteers from around the world to engage in the people-to-people exchanges of the "Peace Ribbon" initiative, inspiring them to inherit and carry forward the ancient sericulture civilization and the spirit of the Southern Silk Road.
