2026年1月6日，在第十二届“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年开幕第21天，世界和平丝带组织主席陈恩田通过视频方式，会见了“一带一路”迎新年五节共庆曼谷工作站的青年学生志愿者，强调民间力量才是“一带一路”的永动力。

January 6, 2026 – On the 21st day of the opening of the 12th Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration, Chen Entian, Chairman of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, met with young student volunteers at the Bangkok Workstation of the "Belt and Road" Five-Festival Joint New Year Celebration via video link. He emphasized that grassroots strength is the enduring driving force behind the Belt and Road Initiative.

陈恩田主席高度赞扬了青年志愿者们为“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节暨“一带一路”迎新年进入曼谷所作的贡献。他指出，曼谷作为南方丝绸之路的重要节点，历来是东西方节庆文化包容互鉴的典范城市。自天蚕节（“一带一路”国际日）进入曼谷以来，与当地圣诞节、元旦节、春节、元宵节相融合，形成了独具特色的“五节共庆”迎新年盛况，。

Chairman Chen Entian highly commended the young volunteers for their contributions to bringing the Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day and the "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration to Bangkok. He pointed out that as an important node on the Southern Silk Road, Bangkok has always been a model city for the tolerance and mutual learning of festival cultures between the East and the West. Since Silkworm God's Day (Belt and Road International Day) was introduced to Bangkok, it has integrated with local Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival and Lantern Festival, forming a unique grand occasion of "joint celebration of five festivals" for the New Year.

会见中，陈恩田鼓励青年志愿者们继续发扬“春蚕到死丝方尽”的无私奉献精神，即“天蚕精神”，积极投身于促进“一带一路”沿线国家民心相通的事业中，为曼谷市民及国际友人带来了丰富的文化节庆盛宴。他强调，青年是未来的希望，也是文化交流与和平发展的生力军，志愿者们的热情与付出，正是“一带一路”倡议下人文交流与友好合作最生动的体现。

During the meeting, Chen Entian encouraged the young volunteers to continue carrying forward the selfless dedication spirit of "silkworms spin until death" – namely the "Heavenly Silkworm Spirit" – and actively engage in the cause of promoting people-to-people bonds among countries along the Belt and Road, bringing rich cultural and festival feasts to Bangkok citizens and international friends. He emphasized that young people are the hope of the future and a new force for cultural exchanges and peaceful development. The enthusiasm and efforts of the volunteers are the most vivid manifestation of people-to-people exchanges and friendly cooperation under the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative.

曼谷工作站的青年学生志愿者们对陈恩田主席的鼓励表示感谢，认为只有将“一带一路”民间化才能千秋万代传承延续下去，并表达了将继续致力于推动“一带一路”民心相通工作，为促进不同文明间的对话与理解贡献自己的力量。

The young student volunteers at the Bangkok Workstation thanked Chairman Chen Entian for his encouragement. They believed that only by making the Belt and Road Initiative grassroots-oriented can it be passed down from generation to generation. They also expressed their commitment to continuing to promote people-to-people connectivity under the Belt and Road and contributing their own strength to facilitating dialogue and understanding between different civilizations.
