NASDAQ Chinese Channel 1216 International Radio, CHONGQING, August 21, 2025 - After paying tribute to the Chinese Expeditionary Force in Southeast Asia, Chen Entian, chief planner of the "Victory Monument of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression" and president of the Junfu Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, visited Zhang Wenbin, former chairman of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), in Chongqing, the "wartime capital" during China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. They discussed matters related to the "Monument to the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War."

陈恩田表示：2005年，在老首长的帮助和指导下，我们创作了《新重庆赋》，并雕刻成亚洲第一大巨匾献礼亚太市长峰会，时任市长王鸿举携黄奇帆、吴家农、陈和平等多位市领导，在中共重庆市委大院为《新重庆赋》匾牌揭幕，可谓史无前例的文坛盛举，距今刚好二十周年。在中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利八十周年，以及亚洲第一大匾《新重庆赋》发表二十周年之际，我们再次为重庆创作了《抗战胜利纪念碑记》，策划建设"中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利纪念碑"。

Chen Entian said: In 2005, with the help and guidance of senior leaders, we created the "Ode to New Chongqing," which was carved into the largest giant plaque in Asia as a gift for the Asia-Pacific Mayors Summit. Then-mayor Wang Hongju, along with municipal leaders including Huang Qifan, Wu Jianong, and Chen Heping, unveiled the plaque of the "Ode to New Chongqing" in the compound of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. This was an unprecedented literary event, and it has been exactly twenty years since then. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, as well as the 20th anniversary of the publication of the "Ode to New Chongqing," the largest plaque in Asia, we have once again created the "Inscription for the Victory Monument" for Chongqing and planned the construction of the "Monument to the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War."

陈恩田认为：80多年前，重庆作为中国人民抗日战争的战时陪都，以及世界反法西斯战争时期的东方堡垒，备受世界瞩目，为民族存续与世界和平作出了彪炳史册的贡献，与伦敦、华盛顿、莫斯科并列世界反法西斯四大名城。今天，为彰显党和国家对中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利的高度重视，我们策划在鹅岭等地选址重建抗战胜利纪念碑，一是铭记抗战先辈功勋，传承民族不屈精神；二是昭示和平愿望，彰显山城历史地位；三是呼应华人华侨心声，共筑中华复兴力量。

Chen Entian believes: More than 80 years ago, Chongqing, as the wartime capital of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the eastern fortress during the World Anti-Fascist War, attracted global attention and made contributions recorded in history for the survival of the nation and world peace. It stood alongside London, Washington, and Moscow as one of the four famous cities of the World Anti-Fascist War. Today, to highlight the Party and the state's great emphasis on the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, we plan to select sites such as Eling to rebuild the Victory Monument. This aims to: first, commemorate the achievements of the predecessors in the War of Resistance and carry forward the nation's indomitable spirit; second, demonstrate the desire for peace and highlight the historical status of the mountain city; third, respond to the aspirations of overseas Chinese and jointly build the strength for China's rejuvenation.

张文彬前辈高度肯定建设中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利纪念碑的意义，勉励陈恩田继续在海外积极传播中华文化，服务"一带一路"建设，办好"一带一路"国际日，促进中外和平友好交流。他表达了对纪念碑落地重庆的期待，认为此举将有力彰显中华民族的伟大抗战精神与和平愿景。陈恩田还说：我在国际上取得的成就，离不开党和国家的培养，也离不开老领导老首长的鼓励与支持，今天见到九十多岁的老首长精神矍铄、身体健康，我非常欣慰开心，希望再过二十周年，我还能向老首长请教学习。

Zhang Wenbin highly affirmed the significance of building the Monument to the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. He encouraged Chen Entian to continue actively promoting Chinese culture overseas, serving the construction of the "Belt and Road," organizing the "Belt and Road" International Day, and promoting peaceful and friendly exchanges between China and foreign countries. He expressed his expectation for the monument to be established in Chongqing, believing that this move will powerfully demonstrate the great spirit of the Chinese nation's War of Resistance and its vision for peace. Chen Entian also said: My achievements internationally are inseparable from the cultivation by the Party and the state, as well as the encouragement and support of senior leaders. I am truly delighted and happy to see my senior leader, now over ninety years old, in high spirits and good health. I hope that in another twenty years, I can still seek guidance and learn from him.

据悉，军赋书画院策划的"中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利纪念碑"，旨在弘扬抗战精神、提升重庆历史地位、凝聚全球华人复兴力量，让"抗战陪都"重庆不负与伦敦、华盛顿、莫斯科并称世界反法西斯四大名城地位。在重庆期间，陈恩田还看望了部分抗战时期历史人物后代，比如爱国将领冯玉祥将军之长房孙冯文中院长等。

It is reported that the "Monument to the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War" planned by the Junfu Academy of Calligraphy and Painting aims to promote the spirit of the War of Resistance, enhance Chongqing's historical status, and gather the rejuvenation forces of the global Chinese people, so that Chongqing, the wartime capital, lives up to its status as one of the world's four famous anti-fascist cities along with London, Washington and Moscow. During his stay in Chongqing, Chen Entian also visited descendants of historical figures from the War of Resistance period, such as Feng Wenzhong, president of the Feng Yuxiang Research Institute and eldest grandson of the patriotic general Feng Yuxiang.

巴渝古郡，抗战陪都；和平之城，英雄之镇。追忆两江锁雾，万壑擎天，雄兵奇阵，岿然天成，无愧世界反法西斯之东方堡垒。仰观霄汉，俯察山河，适逢纪念抗战之盛典，谏立千秋不朽之丰碑。

烽烟起于辽海，倭寇踏破卢沟。半壁江山凝血泪，九州黎庶泣魂灵。陪都巍巍，砥柱中流挽既倒；渝州烨烨，烛天烽火照同仇。长江号角连欧陆，夔门锣鼓传美洲。百城焦土埋忠骨，百万青年百万兵。

观夫雄碑凌云，如剑指苍昊之势；基座磐固，蕴地载玄黄之德。四面浮雕镌浩气：平型关前裂虏甲，台儿庄外断倭刀；滇缅丛林飞虎啸，鄂西空战暮云焦。更有铭文镶金石，字字皆化苌弘血。

回溯诺曼底登陆及太平洋惊涛，赞重庆与伦敦、莫斯科、华盛顿并列四大名城。人类命运同此冷暖，文明薪火共御狂飙。昔者紫电青霜扫妖氛，今朝"一带一路"联芳邻。碑顶星辰旋转处，高唱寰球同仇之壮歌！

碑成之日，长江静涛，钟山垂岚。和平之鸽绕穹顶，不朽之光耀人寰。望后之来者，当仰此碑而肃然：知兵者非好战，忘战者必危殆。此碑永铭抗战及反法西斯先烈之功勋，且为中华民族后世之鉴也！
