中国总理李强指出：中方愿同哈方加强发展战略对接，以高质量共建“一带一路”为引领，执行好经贸合作发展规划路线图，继续扩大双边贸易规模，巩固产能投资合作，打造能源、矿产合作亮点，提升互联互通水平，推动取得更多务实成果。
Li pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the docking of development strategies with Kazakhstan, take high-quality Belt and Road cooperation as the guide, continue to expand bilateral trade, consolidate production capacity and investment cooperation, create highlights in energy and mineral cooperation, enhance the level of connectivity and push for more practical results.
哈萨克斯坦总理别克捷诺夫表示：哈方高度重视对华关系，愿同中方进一步密切高层往来，深化贸易、投资、农业、运输、科技、文教等领域合作，在共建“一带一路”框架下加强互联互通，以互办“旅游年”为契机，扩大人文交流。
Bektenov said Kazakhstan attaches great importance to its relations with China and is willing to further strengthen high-level exchanges with China, deepen cooperation on trade, investment, agriculture, transportation, science and technology, culture and education, and strengthen connectivity under the framework of Belt and Road cooperation. Taking the opportunity of hosting 'Tourism Years' with each other, expand cultural exchanges.
世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）主席陈恩田对两国总理的会谈成果表示祝贺，称有利于南方丝绸之路经济特区（南合特区）的发展。南合特区是以“一带”提出地哈萨克斯坦和“一路”提出地印度尼西亚两国联通形成的南方丝绸之路经济走廊，是“一带一路”概念下的全球经济特区。
