朱良同志是中国共产党的优秀党员，祖籍广东潮阳，1924年3月生于上海。他青年时期投身革命，14岁参加抗日爱国运动，1939年加入上海学生界救亡协会，1945年正式成为中共党员。革命生涯中，他曾任上海地下学联负责人，新中国成立后历任全国青年联合会秘书长、中联部部长等职，是中共第十三届中央委员，为中共对外联络工作作出重要贡献。

Comrade Zhu Liang, an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, was born in March 1924 in Shanghai with ancestral roots in Chaoyang, Guangdong Province. He dedicated his youth to revolutionary causes, joining patriotic resistance activities at age 14. In 1939, he became a member of Shanghai Students' National Salvation Association and formally joined CPC in 1945. During his revolutionary career, he served as head of Shanghai's clandestine student union. After the founding of New China, he held key positions including Secretary-General of the All-China Youth Federation and Minister of IDCPC. As a member of the 13th CPC Central Committee, he made significant contributions to the Party's international outreach.
