11月22日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有24天，南合组织（新加坡）管理有限公司消息：欧美同学会主办、广西海外联谊会和广西欧美同学会承办的“一带一路”民心相通论坛在中国南宁举行。世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路及全球南方国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）等机构祝贺。
November 22, 2024, 24 days before the Belt and Road International Day (December 16). SSCO (Singapore) Management Pte Ltd News: The "Belt and Road" Forum on People-to-People Connectivity, hosted by the Western Returned Scholars Association and organized by the Guangxi Overseas Friendship Association and the Guangxi Western Returned Scholars Association, was held in Nanning, China. World Peace Ribbon Organization Southern Silk Road and the Global South International Cooperation Committee (SSCO) congratulated the Forum.
全国人大常委会副委员长、欧美同学会(中国留学人员联谊会）会长丁仲礼，自治区党委书记刘宁出席论坛开幕式并致辞。欧美同学会党组书记、秘书长李民主持开幕式，外交部领事司司长龙舟、国家发展改革委“一带一路”建设促进中心主任陈达分别在开幕式上致辞。本次论坛特邀中国外交部、国家发展改革委和东南亚地区“一带一路”共建国家政商学界代表及留学人员代表参加。广西壮族自治区领导周异决、张晓钦、巫家世，马来西亚、柬埔寨、缅甸驻南宁总领事馆代表，欧美同学会及自治区有关部门负责同志等出席了论坛。
Ding Zhongli, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and President of the Western Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated Scholars Association of China), and Liu Ning, Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangxi Autonomous Region, attended the opening ceremony of the forum and delivered speeches. The forum specially invited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, and representatives of the Belt and Road countries, political, business, academic circles and overseas students in Southeast Asia to participate in the forum. Leaders of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Zhou Yidu, Zhang Xiaoqin and Wu Jiashi, representatives of the Consulates General of Malaysia, Cambodia and Myanmar in Nanning, leaders of Western Returned Scholars Association and relevant departments of Guangxi Autonomous Region attended the forum.
本次论坛以“民心相通助力共建‘一带一路’高质量发展”为主题，设置主旨演讲和3个平行论坛，与会代表围绕民心相通与建设中国—东盟命运共同体、科技创新与共建“一带一路”高质量发展、“一带一路”共建国家人文交流与中外文明互鉴”进行了广泛深入交流。
The theme of this forum is "People-to-People Connectivity, Promoting the High-quality Development of the Belt and Road Initiative". The forum set up a keynote speech and three parallel forums. The participants conducted extensive and in-depth exchanges on people-to-people ties and building a China-ASEAN community with a shared future, scientific and technological innovation and the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, people-to-people exchanges between the Belt and Road countries and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations.
