可可亲王陈恩田在演讲中说：感谢柬埔寨王国和人民对“一带一路”国际日的积极响应，感谢柬埔寨王国司法部大臣昂翁瓦塔纳阁下与柬埔寨皇家司法学院对我们的热情接待。去年，中国高层应柬埔寨国王西哈莫尼陛下邀请，对柬埔寨王国进行了国事访问。他在《柬埔寨之光》报发表题为《做肝胆相照的好邻居、真朋友》的署名文章。文章强调“细水长流促进民心相通”。 希望一带一路沿线国家和人民能够加强在教育文化、旅游卫生等方面合作，增进一带一路国家的人民特别是青年朋友们的友好感情。
In his speech, Mr. Chen Entian, Prince Coco, said, "I would like to thank the Kingdom and people of Cambodia for their positive response to the "Belt and Road" International Day, as well as H.E. Mr. Aung Ong Vatana, Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Royal Judicial Institute of Cambodia for their warm reception of us. Last year, at the invitation of His Majesty King Sihamoni of Cambodia, a senior Chinese official paid a state visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia. He published a signed article entitled "Being Good Neighbors and True Friends" in the newspaper "Cambodia Light". The article emphasized the importance of "promoting people-to-people exchanges through the flow of water". It is hoped that the countries and people along the Belt and Road can strengthen cooperation in education and culture, tourism and health, and enhance the friendly feelings of the people of the Belt and Road countries, especially the young people.
