2024年11月15日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有31天，世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）消息：当日，澳门保利美高梅博物馆在美高梅天幕广场举行开幕式。首展海上丝绸之路“蓝色飘带——探索神秘海域，邂逅丝路遗珍”同步向公众开放，保利美高梅博物馆是保利文化与美高梅联合打造的澳门全新文旅地标。
November 12, 2024, 34 days before the Belt and Road International Day (December 16). World Peace Ribbon Organization Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee（SSCO） News: The opening ceremony of the Poly MGM Museum was held at the MGM Sky Plaza. Coinciding with the opening, the museum unveiled its inaugural exhibition, “The Maritime Silk Road — Discover the Mystical Seas and Encounter the Treasures of the Ancient Trade Route”. In a blend of visionary collaboration, Poly Culture Group Corporation Limited (Poly Culture) and MGM are set to debut the Poly MGM Museum, Macau’s latest world-class cultural tourism landmark.
全国政协副主席何厚铧，澳门特区行政长官贺一诚，澳门中联办副主任吕玉印，外交部驻澳门公署特派员刘显法，中国保利集团有限公司党委书记、董事长刘化龙，美高梅中国控股有限公司董事长、执行董事何超琼等出席开幕式。文化和旅游部副部长、国家文物局局长李群以视频方式祝贺。在特首贺一诚见证下，刘化龙、何超琼以景泰蓝的点蓝工艺为保利美高梅博物馆揭幕。

Liu Hualong, Chairman of MGM China Holdings Co., Ltd. Pansy Ho attended the opening ceremony. Li Qun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Director of the State Administration of Cultural Heritage, congratulated the opening ceremony via video. Witnessed by Chief Executive He Yicheng, Liu Hualong and He Chaoqiong unveiled the Poly MGM Museum with cloisonne dotting blue technology.
