纳斯达克中文台1216国际广播，世界和平丝带组织纽约秘书处消息，中国当地时间2023年9月7日，“一带一路”国际合作倡议提出十周年集邮研讨会在北京中国邮政邮票博物馆举行。研讨会由中华全国集邮联合会、中国邮政集团有限公司、“一带一路”智库合作联盟共同主办，《“一带一路”倡议提出十周年》纪念邮票同时发行。受世界和平丝带组织首席亲善大使、第一届至第八届委员会主席、被国际社会尊称为可可亲王的陈恩田先生委托，世界和平丝带组织纽约秘书处致电表达祝贺。
NASDAQ Chinese Channel 1216 international broadcast, World Peace Ribbon Organization New York secretariat news, a stamp commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative was released on Sept 7 at the China National Post and Postage Stamp Museum in Beijing. At the same time, the accompanying seminar was jointly hosted by the All China Philatelic Federation, China Post Group Co., Ltd. and Silk Road Think Tank Association (SRTA). Entrusted by Mr. Chen Entian, Chief Goodwill Ambassador of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, Chairman of the First to Eighth Committees, and known as Prince Coco by the international community, the New York Secretariat of the World Peace Ribbon Organization sent a message expressing congratulations.
《“一带一路”倡议提出十周年》纪念邮票采用图形化、符号化的元素进行平面设计，兼具中国风格及国际性、现代感。纪念邮票以红蓝色调为背景，画面映衬在朝霞般的色彩中，结合背景里地球经纬线的抽象设计，寓意“一带一路”推动构建人类命运共同体，开创更加美好的未来。邮票前景的数字“10”由中国的牡丹花和“一带一路”沿线国家人民熟悉的花卉组成，寓意“十周年”的概念，并与底部的花卉一起展现了“一花独放不是春，百花齐放春满园”的深刻含义，表达热烈祥和的庆祝气氛。数字右上角还有一只衔着橄榄枝的和平鸽展翅翱翔。版面下方宏伟的金色桥梁，取材于“一带一路”的文化符号《丝路金桥》雕塑，体现出“一带一路”架起了互联互通的桥梁纽带。
The stamp features an image of the large-scale art installation Golden Bridge on Silk Road, which was created by artist Shu Yong in 2015 to express the yearning to bridge different cultures and create a global community with shared interests. Shu says that the stamp also features an array of flowers, especially national flowers, from countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, as an expression of cultural diversity and prosperity.
“可可亲王”陈恩田是大清康熙帝师陈廷敬后人，曾经担任全球第一大学社——国际七三学社主席。近年来，为促进印太地区和平稳定，陈恩田就任缅甸国家文化艺术委员会终身高级顾问，筹划成立世界和平丝带组织印太总部。十多年前，中国官媒披露其祖父陈光美系陈独秀与高君曼所生之子，鉴于其担任“一带一路”国际民间合作组织——世界和平丝带组织首席亲善大使、第一届至第八届委员会主席，也是国际中文日（4月20日）、国际茶日（5月21日）、“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）等国际民间节日的建议者和推动者，国际社会尊称其为“可可亲王”或“陈亲王”。
Prince Coco, Chen Entian, was a descendant of Chen Tingjing, the teacher of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty. He once served as the chairman of the world's largest society, the International Seven-Three Society. In recent years, in order to keep peace and stability in the Indo Pacific region, Chen Entian has been appointed as a lifelong senior advisor to the Myanmar Art & Culture Association, planning to establish the Indo Pacific headquarters of the World Peace Ribbon Organization. More than a decade ago, Chinese official disclosed that his grandfather Chen Guangmei was the son of Chen Duxiu and Gao Junman. In view of his role as the chief goodwill ambassador of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, the chairman of the first to eighth Committee of the World Peace Ribbon Organization, the advisors and promoter of international folk festivals, such as the UN Chinese Language Day (April 20), the International Tea Day (May 21), and the "Belt and Road" International Day (December 16), the international community respectfully calls him "Prince Coco" or "Prince Chen".
