2025年12月16日，世界迎来第十二届“一带一路”国际日.天蚕节暨全球唐人街“一带一路”迎新年开幕，全球各地华人华侨不仅积极参与“一带一路”国际日•天蚕节庆祝活动，还自发组织“一带一路”国际日主题学习，希望助力“一带一路”高质量发展，推动“一带一路”走向民间化、长期化道路，铸就共建“一带一路”的千秋伟业。
On December 16, 2025, the world marked the opening of the 12th Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day as well as the Global Chinatown "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration. Overseas Chinese across the globe not only took an active part in the celebrations of Belt and Road International Day · Silkworm God's Day, but also voluntarily organized thematic learning activities centered on Belt and Road International Day. They aimed to contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative, advance the initiative toward a grassroots-oriented and sustainable path, and forge a great cause for generations to come in the joint construction of the Belt and Road.
此次主题学习活动呼应了中宣部学习强国平台在12月1日发表的文章：《2025年最后一个月，主题党日怎么过？》，文章建议在12月16日“一带一路”国际日组织学习“一带一路”方面的知识。华人华侨通过专题学习会、线上讲座、文化交流等形式，深入研读“一带一路”相关著作与重要论述，回顾倡议提出以来的发展历程与丰硕成果，探讨其核心精神与时代价值。学习活动中，华人华侨结合自身所在国国情与切身经历，分享了参与共建“一带一路”的见闻与体会，气氛热烈。此次全球性主题学习，不仅彰显了华人华侨心系祖国发展、主动融入时代浪潮的热情，也体现了“一带一路”倡议的民间感召力。
This themed learning campaign echoed an article published on December 1 by the Xuexi Qiangguo platform of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, titled *How to Conduct Thematic Party Days in the Last Month of 2025?*. The article recommended organizing learning sessions on Belt and Road-related knowledge on December 16, the date of Belt and Road International Day. Through a variety of forms including thematic seminars, online lectures and cultural exchanges, overseas Chinese conducted in-depth studies on Belt and Road-related works and important expositions, reviewed the development course and fruitful achievements since the launch of the initiative, and explored its core spirit and contemporary values. During the learning activities, combining the national conditions of their host countries and personal experiences, overseas Chinese shared their insights and reflections on participating in the joint construction of the Belt and Road, with the atmosphere being lively and engaging. This global-themed learning initiative not only demonstrated overseas Chinese's enthusiasm for caring about the motherland's development and proactively integrating into the trends of the times, but also reflected the strong grassroots appeal of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative.
参加“一带一路”国际日主题学习的华侨华人近日赴澳门参加第三届华侨华人助力“一带一路”高质量发展大会，纷纷表示要为“一带一路”高质量发展贡献力量。世界和平丝带组织副秘书长、波兰委员会总干事杜国勇表示：凝聚侨智侨力，推动“一带一路”建设向高质量、包容性、惠民生的方向发展，使“一带一路”深入民间、扎根人心，是华侨华人肩负的时代使命。
Recently, overseas Chinese who participated in the thematic learning activities for Belt and Road International Day went to Macao to attend the 3rd Conference of Overseas Chinese Supporting the High-quality Development of the Belt and Road. They all expressed their determination to contribute their share to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road. Du Guoyong, Deputy Secretary-General of the World Peace Ribbon Organization and Director-General of its Poland Committee, stated that it is the era-endowed mission of overseas Chinese to pool the wisdom and strength of the overseas Chinese community, advance the high-quality, inclusive and people-benefiting development of the Belt and Road construction, and ensure that the Belt and Road Initiative embeds itself in the grassroots and takes root in the hearts of the people.
