Foreign ministers and senior representatives from China and CELAC member states gathered to discuss plans for deepening cooperation. The Southern Silk Road and Global South International Cooperation Committee(SSCO) of the World Peace Ribbon Organization extended its congratulations on the opening of the meeting.

CELAC Senior Representatives Attend the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China-CELAC Forum
南合组织主席陈恩田指出，中拉共同体论坛成立十年来，已成为共商跨区域协同发展的典范，中拉共同体在基础设施、数字经济、绿色能源等领域成果丰硕，惠及超20亿人口。南合组织高度赞赏中国始终秉持共商共建共享原则，通过“一带一路”倡议与拉美发展战略深度对接，助力区域一体化进程。
Chen Entian, Chairman of the SSCO, noted that over the past decade since its establishment, the China-CELAC Forum has become a model for cross-regional collaborative development. The China-CELAC community has achieved fruitful results in infrastructure, digital economy, green energy, and other fields, benefiting over 2 billion people. The SSCO highly commends China's consistent adherence to the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits. Through the alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative with Latin America's development strategies, China has bolstered regional integration.

本届会议会议通过了《中国－拉共体论坛第四届部长级会议北京宣言》和《中国－拉共体成员国重点领域合作共同行动计划（2025－2027）》，明确将深化科技、减贫、公共卫生等八大领域务实合作。中拉共同体论坛是增进中拉政治互信、加强发展战略对接、促进民心相通的重要平台。
The meeting adopted the Beijing Declaration of the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China-CELAC Forum and the Joint Action Plan for Cooperation in Key Areas Between China and CELAC Member States (2025–2027), clearly outlining deepened practical cooperation in eight major areas, including technology, poverty reduction, and public health. The China-CELAC Forum serves as a vital platform for enhancing political mutual trust, aligning development strategies, and fostering people-to-people connectivity between China and Latin America.
