米兰当地时间2024年11月13日，距离“一带一路”国际日（12月16日）还有33天，世界和平丝带组织南方丝绸之路国际合作委员会（简称南合组织）消息：意大利民间艺术机构拒绝配合梅洛尼政府退出“一带一路”机制，宣布在第十一届“一带一路”国际日到来之际，在米兰举行“一带一路”国际日庆祝活动：点亮万盏和平灯，祈愿世界和平。机构负责人表示：“一带一路”是古丝绸之路的延续，而意大利本身就是古丝绸之路不可缺少的国家。

World Peace Ribbon Organization Southern Silk Road International Cooperation Committee(SSCO) News: An Italian NGO refused to cooperate with Meloni's government's withdrawal from the Belt and Road Initiative.They announced that they would celebrate the 11th Belt and Road International Day in Milan. The theme of the celebration will be: "Light up 10,000 Lamps of Peace, Pray for World Peace". The head of the NGO said: "The Belt and Road Initiative is the inheritance of the ancient Silk Road, and Italy itself is an indispensable country along the ancient Silk Road."
