Chen Entian Congratulates 12th Belt and Road International Day Indonesia Maritime Silk Road Forum
印尼当地时间2025年12月22日，庆祝第十二届“一带一路”国际日海上丝绸之路论坛在雅加达举行，“一带一路”国际日首席发起人、被国际社会尊称为“可可亲王”的陈恩田先生专程从新加坡飞抵雅加达表示祝贺，并考察了“一带一路”迎新年雅加达工作站情况。
Jakarta, Indonesia, December 22, 2025 (local time) – The forum celebrating the 12th Belt and Road International Day and the Maritime Silk Road was held in Jakarta. Mr. Chen Entian, Chief Initiator of the Belt and Road International Day and honorarily known as "Prince Coco" by the international community, made a special trip from Singapore to Jakarta to extend his congratulations and inspected the work of the Jakarta Workstation for the "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration.
陈恩田表示：12年前，祖党祖国的领导人在印尼国会提出了二十一世纪海上丝绸之路的倡议，形成了举世瞩目的“一带一路”国际合作构想，为传承延续古蚕桑文明与古丝绸之路翻开了崭新篇章。这项造福世界人民的伟大构想，仅仅依靠当下政府官员力量，虽然强大却很短暂，要想千秋万代流传下去，必须在国际民间生根发芽，必须依靠水滴石穿的民间力量，基于传承延续古蚕桑文明与古丝绸之路，受星云大师德慧启迪，我与联合国原副秘书长冀朝铸前辈创立世界和平丝带组织，将每年12月16日（天蚕节）确立为“一带一路”国际日，希望为“一带一路”建立国际民间的永动力机制。
Mr. Chen Entian stated: Twelve years ago, the leaders of the motherland and the mother party put forward the initiative of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road at the Indonesian Parliament, forming the world-renowned Belt and Road International Cooperation Initiative and opening a new chapter in inheriting and carrying forward the ancient sericulture civilization and the ancient Silk Road. This great vision benefiting people around the world, relying solely on the strength of current government officials, is powerful but transient. To pass it on for thousands of generations, it must take root and germinate in international civil society and rely on the persistent strength of civil society like water dripping through stone. Based on inheriting the ancient sericulture civilization and the ancient Silk Road, and enlightened by the virtue and wisdom of Master Hsing Yun, I co-founded the World Peace Ribbon Organization with Ji Chaozhu, former Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, and designated December 16th of each year (Silkworm God's Day) as the Belt and Road International Day, aiming to establish a permanent driving force mechanism for the Belt and Road among international civil society.
陈恩田还说：天蚕祖母化银发为天蚕，开启古代蚕桑文明的故事源于公元前2987年，流传至今已有五千多年。二十一世纪的今天，天蚕的金丝牵引出“一带一路”，我们将天蚕节（“一带一路”国际日）、圣诞节、元旦节、春节等五节相融，五福相连，打造“一带一路”迎新年。
Mr. Chen Entian further noted: The story of the Heavenly Silkworm Grandmother transforming her silver hair into Heavenly Silkworms and initiating the ancient sericulture civilization dates back to 2987 BCE, with a history of more than 5,000 years. Today in the 21st century, the golden threads of the Heavenly Silkworm have woven the Belt and Road. We integrate five festivals – Silkworm God's Day (Belt and Road International Day), Christmas, New Year's Day, and Spring Festival – linking the five blessings to create the "Belt and Road" New Year Celebration.
